Reinnovo does not collect any Personal information from visitors to our web site. We collect the user's IP address and session information such as the duration of the visit and the type of browser used, which we use to analyze our web traffic and administer our servers. However, during the process of joining our panel, you may be asked to provide your name, qualification, occupation, DOB, state, country, zip code, e-mail address and telephone number.
1.2 Job Applications
Reinnovo may use the personal information that you provide in your CV either to contact you and/or to contact previous employers and references.
2. Information usage and Security
Reinnovo uses the information provided by its panel members for contacting them regarding qualitative and quantitative surveys for which we compensate. A panel member can say "no" to participate in any survey. If a reseach requires personal information to be revealed to any third party other than Reinnovo, we will do so only after getting consensus from the respective member. We will not contact you for any promotional purposes.
Reinnovo maintains highest data security and expects the third parties, who provide us with supporting services, also to follow the security measures similar to ours as it may contain client data or personal information.
3. Opt Out Option
If you wish to opt out of our panel list, please e-mail us at info@reinnovo.com. All your details pertaining to you would get removed from our database hence forth.
4. Compliance
Being a member of the Pharmaceutical Market Research Group (PMRG) and European Society of Opinion and Marketing Research (ESOMAR), Reinnovo pledges to follow rules and guidelines of the respective organizations.
5. Legal obligation
Reinnovo, in case required by law or by respective Governments, may reveal the client data or personal information without any notice.
6. Disclaimer
Reinnovo, though has perfect system for data security, cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage of data due to hacking, virus issues etc. We also cannot accept any responsibility for any disruption or damage that may occur during use of this website.
7. Changes in the Privacy Statement
