Jayakrishnan brings in 12 years of work experience spanning IT and Telecom with functional competencies in contract structuring, project management, business development, and marketing. He has handled various strategic functions including end-to-end negotiations with telecom equipment manufactures and vendors for setting up telecom backhaul and networking equipment. He was instrumental in starting and establishing the eastern hub operations for a telecom service provider in Kolkata. He proved his calibre by making the operations fully functional in one year.

At IDC (International Data Corporation), he was responsible for the overall business in South India and he has the credit for the highest single value business order ever during his stint.

A Bachelor in Chemistry and Law, Jayakrishnan holds a Post Graduate Degree in Management from a reputed institute in India.

Ahemedali
Director  & Advisor – Strategy

Ahmedali is a veteran in Human Resources with more than three decades of work experience in India and abroad. He has worked in renowned MNCs like Shell, Sanofi-Aventis, Schering-Plough and GlaxoSmithKline and played leading roles in transformation, people development, and integration during mergers and acquisitions. Ahmedali was the Regional Director - Asia Pacific of GlaxoSmithKline and was based in Singapore. He was a board member of GlaxoSmithKline–India.

He is the Founder and CEO of CORNUCOPIA, one of the fastest growing HR Consulting firms in South Asia specializing in organisation and leadership development, and performance management. It has its headquarters in Bangalore.

Ahmedali has headed various industry associations and networks like Bangalore Chamber of Industries and Commerce (BCIC), National HRD Network (NHRD) – Bangalore, HRD Forum – Confederation of Indian Industries (CII) Bangalore etc. He is currently on the board of several companies and institutions in India.
His hobbies include golf and networking.

A graduate in Science and Law, he acquired his Diploma in HR from Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies, Mumbai. His other qualifications include extended residential programmes at Cornell, USA and INSEAD, Singapore.

He has been a visiting faculty at the Indian Institute of Management – Bangalore (IIM-B) and the Institute of Management Studies – Bombay.  He has made presentations and talks at various management seminars in India, Singapore and the USA.

Manoj has more than 18 years of experience in operations management, TPM, techno-commercial operations, strategic sourcing and vendor development. Before joining REINNOVO, Manoj served as the General Manager, Operations of a German based MNC in Dubai. He is a strategic planner with acute knowledge in implementing cost reduction measures.

Manoj holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and is an Associate Member of the Institution of Engineers (India). He completed his Masters in Business Administration from University of Strathclyde, Scotland, U.K.
