We are looking for a talented “Account Manager” to join our team.
We specialise in Healthcare industry vertical. We are based in India and carryout both quantitative & qualitative studies and undertake projects for pharmaceutical and biotechnology, medical devices, diagnostics, healthcare services and hospitals domains. We have successfully conducted studies across multiple geographies viz. North America, LATAM, European Union, UK, Africa, Russia, China, India, GCC counties, APAC, ANZ & Japan. Our respondent profiles include Physicians, KOLs, Patients and HCPs (Nurses, Lab technicians, medical industry professions et al.)
As a Key Account Manager/Director you will be tasked with securing and building partnerships with Reinnovo clients. Primary Duties and Responsibilities would be |
- Strategic account development with a focus on Strategic Clients, managing existing relationships and grow overall revenue by optimizing the client experience.
- Interfacing with all key-buying influencers.
- Create, present and execute strategic account and business plans.
- Prospecting for new customers and qualifying new leads to support a balanced pipeline for sales.
- Generating proposals, planning customer meetings, and demonstrating capabilities on Reinnovo services by Developing and maintaining a high level of services knowledge.
- Education, Experience, and Competencies required: - Business or Scientific Degree preferred - 5+ years Sales and Account management experience.
- Passionate about winning; focused on energizing client relationships and building relationships at all levels within an organization
- Track record of delivering results and exceeding sales quotas.
- Experience in both territory and strategic account planning. - Experience in creating sourcing proposals and responding to RFPs.
- Excellent presentation, verbal and written communications skills - Ability to execute on multiple priorities within a fast-paced environment - Clear thinker with proven ability to synthesize complex issues into simple messages.
- Team player, experience of working with cross-functional teams.
